Selected to advise and supervise the simulator-based talent academy's reconstruction until a permanent Director could be appointed, drawing on my own background as a former student and graduate of the institution. Defined the academy's future vision in response to its expansion to over 400 members, and established the regulations and policies needed to keep the environment competitive enough to actually develop talent. Over four years in the role, this shaped a smooth handover to the current, permanent leadership.
Contracted to serve as instructor and representation for young racing drivers — developing their skills, building growth opportunities and guiding their professional development. Alongside this, oversaw the financial elements of the operation's yearly motorsport programme and helped structure the business contracts that financed it.
